1. Join the A1(M) (signs for London) keep left at the fork to continue on A14, follow signs for London(E)/Huntingdon/M11/Cambridge/A14  

2. Take the A14 exit toward Cambridge/A1307/A10/Ely/Newmarket

3. Continue onto Huntingdon Rd/A14

4. Take the A14 ramp to A10/Newmarket/Ely/Newmarket A14

5. Continue onto A14

6. Slight right onto Newmarket Bypass/A14

7. Continue straight onto A14

8. At junction 50, take the A1120 (brown tourist sign) exit to Stowmarket/Stowupland/Bacton/Needham Mkt/B1113 

9. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit

10. Turn left onto Mill St

11. Turn left onto Creeting Rd E

12. Continue onto Mill Ln

13. Turn left onto Fen Ln

14. Turn left onto Mill Ln

15. Take the first left which brings you to Upper Langdales Cottages. 



16. If you miss the junction 50 turning, come off at the next junction 51, take the 4th exit at the roundabout onto Kettle Lane.

17. Do not take the 1st exit back onto the A14, take the second right exit onto Flordon Road. 

18. Carry on along Flordon road over a small bridge and take the next right onto Fenlane. 

19. Continue under the A14 down a country lane until you see a lane on your left hand side (Mill Lane). 

20. Take the first left turn where you have arrived at Upper Langdales Cottages.
