One of a collection of four gold award-winning holiday cottages in this extremely beautiful and tranquil region of Suffolk which is in the grounds of Upper Langdales Farmhouse. Harness Cottage is a lovely rural getaway for two people wishing to enjoy the delights of a romantic retreat. This property is a peaceful haven surrounded by countryside with chickens pecking in the yard and red deer roaming the nearby fields; get away from it all and relax in these charming rustic surroundings.
Harness cottage has one bedroom lovingly finished to a high standard. it sleeps two people in style and comfort. The living room has comfortable seating with a flat screen TV with free view channels and a blu-ray player. A hand built kitchen with a dining table for two. Upstairs is a comfortable and stylish double bedroom with dressing table and mirror, hair dryer, a w.c. and bath with over the top shower.
Enjoy the outside furniture with the freedom of the lawns and adjoining paddocks, barbecue facilities are available in these areas for outdoor entertaining.
The cottage is ideal for a couple or anyone visiting the area and wishing to have a quiet break whilst being able to enjoy luxurious home comforts.

The prices below are a guide price for Harness & Chaff Cottage for weekly and nightly stays (minimum stay in all cottages is two nights). We do allow long term stays. Booking direct will save you from having to pay a booking fee. |
The Accommodation
LIVING ROOM: The living room is comfortable and stylish with a 2 seater sofa and a flat screen television with free view channels, blu-ray player and a selection of DVD's. There is a dining table perfect for two with Phillipe Starck ghost chairs.
KITCHEN: The custom built kitchen is a great place to cook whilst staying sociable, with open doors through to the living space. With an induction hob, electric cooker, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment, the kitchen is well furnished for all types of cooking.
BEDROOM: Upstairs, the double bedroom is comfortable and stylish. A wardrobe provides plenty of hanging storage and there is a dressing table with large mirror and hair dryer.
BATHROOM: The bathroom has a white suite with cream tiles, bath with over head shower, W.C. and hand basin.
OUTSIDE: Enjoy the outside furniture with the freedom of the lawns and adjoining paddocks, barbecue facilities are available in these areas for outdoor entertaining. There is a shared rustic games room with table tennis, dartboard, air hockey and pool table. Plenty of free parking in the central yard.

Price includes constant on demand heating & water, a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing boards & hoover, crisp white bed linen and fluffy white towels, satellite TV with free view, DVD player, a selection of DVD's, good free wi-fi, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, a separate freezer is also available in the laundry room for guests to use, shared rustic games room with table tennis, pool table, dart board, barbecue facilities, free ample parking, garden and paddocks with picnic tables.
